Delta

The Delta line offers exceptional flexibility for the production of bags on roll. It can be configured for bottom-sealed, gusseted, side-sealed, star-sealed, wave-top, T-shirt, star-sealed T-shirt and draw tape bags. All bag types can be produced as perforated or interleaved bags, depending on the winding solution.

Delta lines are available in widths of 900, 1100 and 1250 mm and can run up to three lanes with independent tension control.

The Delta sealing concept

At the heart of the Delta line is Roll‑o‑Matic’s unique tensionless sealing system. The rotating sealing bars move with the film during sealing, creating a tension-free sealing zone where heat is applied on both sides of the film.

By combining sealing temperature, pressure and time, the Delta sealing concept makes it possible to process a wide range of film types and thicknesses, from 5-micron HDPE to 100-micron LDPE. This makes Delta suitable for applications ranging from very thin film to heavy-gauge and multilayer film, as well as recycled, bio-based, biodegradable and compostable films.

The Delta can be installed in-line with an extruder or run out-of-line with an unwinder, depending on your production setup.
