Delta S Standard bags

The Delta S is a high-speed bag-making line for standard bags on roll that do not require shape cutting. It can produce bottom-sealed, gusseted, star-sealed and side-sealed bags in 1, 2 or more lanes.

The line can be configured with standard Delta or Delta max™ sealing sections depending on the bag size, film thickness and production requirements. Delta max™ provides longer sealing time, making it particularly suitable for heavy-gauge and multilayer films where sealing can limit production speed.

The Delta S can process a wide range of PE films, including LDPE, LLDPE, MDPE and HDPE, as well as recycled, bio-based and multilayer films. Typical applications include garbage bags, dog waste bags, freezer bags and other types of standard bags on roll.

Bags can be produced perforated or interleaved, and the line can run in-line with an extruder or out-of-line with an unwinder. Additional Delta modules can be integrated when production requirements change, providing flexibility to adapt the line to other bag types.
