Delta DT Draw Tape bags
The Delta DT is a high-speed bag-making line for draw tape garbage bags on roll, also known as drawstring bags. The bags are side-sealed, allowing a draw tape to be inserted into the top of the bag for closing after filling.
The line combines Delta sealing with a Draw Tape module that inserts the tape and seals the draw tape hem. The tape can be positioned inside or outside the bag, and automatic splicing of the draw tape is available for continuous production.
Draw tape bags are produced in 1 lane and can be perforated or interleaved. Folding equipment can be integrated to reduce the width of the finished roll.
Different winding solutions can be configured depending on the finished product, including conventional and interleaved winding and configurations for applications requiring frequent roll changes.
The Delta DT can run in-line with an extruder or out-of-line with an unwinder and process different PE films, including recycled and bio-based films.
