Delta DT Draw Tape bags
For production of draw tape bags on roll with virgin, recycled, bio-based or biodegradable film. It is available for production in-line with an extruder or out-of-line, from an unwinder. The configuration includes a Delta sealing module and a Draw Tape module for insertion of the draw tape and sealing of the draw tape hem. You can choose to place the draw tape hem inside or outside the bag. With a special feature, it is also possible to switch between interior and exterior draw tape hem in the same lane.
The Draw Tape module can be equipped with automatic splicing of the draw tape. The longitudinal seal of the draw tape hem is made by the fill-safe sealing system, which offers very high-quality sealing and significantly reduced energy consumption. With this sealing system, the well-known notch effect on low-grade HD materials can practically be eliminated and the risk of tearing the top of the bag when lifting the filled bag is greatly reduced. All bag types can be produced perforated or interleaved. It is possible to integrate automatic roll handling/packaging to your Delta line.
