Delta max™ Garbage sacks

The Delta max™ is a high-speed bag-making line designed for production of large garbage bags and sacks on roll with heavy-gauge film. The longer sealing time of the Delta max™ makes it particularly suitable for thick films where sealing can limit production speed.

Depending on the film thickness and bag dimensions, the line can produce up to 1 metric ton of garbage bags per hour in 1 lane.

Garbage sacks are typically folded before winding to reduce the width of the finished roll. Different winding solutions can be configured depending on the required roll size and number of bags per roll.

The Delta max™ can run in-line with an extruder or out-of-line with an unwinder and process different PE films, including recycled and bio-based films.
