Delta ST Star-sealed T-shirt bags

The Delta ST is a high-speed bag-making line for star-sealed T-shirt bags on roll. Like conventional T-shirt bags, they are used for applications such as garbage bags, checkout bags and fruit and vegetable bags. The star-sealed bottom provides additional strength, making the bags particularly suitable for heavier contents or where resistance to breaking and leaking is important.

The Delta ST is based on the Delta T configuration with the addition of Roll‑o‑Matic’s patented star-sealed T-shirt kit. This allows both star-sealed and conventional T-shirt bags to be produced on the same line.

The line combines Delta sealing with punching and extraction modules for forming the handles and removing the cut-out material. Bags can be produced in 1 or 2 lanes and can be perforated or interleaved.

The Delta ST can run in-line with an extruder or out-of-line with an unwinder and process different PE films, including recycled and bio-based films. Depending on the application, bags can be wound with or without cores.
