Omega F Air Cushions

The Omega F is a high-speed production line for air cushions on roll, developed for protective packaging applications. The air cushions consist of multiple smaller air chambers, providing a flexible packaging material for protecting products during packing and transportation.

The line combines high production capacity with reliable sealing quality to help ensure that the individual air chambers retain air during use. Using continuous motion technology, the Omega F seals and perforates the film while it runs continuously through the line. It can produce air cushions in up to 2 lanes at film speeds up to 150 m/min.

The finished, uninflated air cushions are wound into rolls for efficient handling and distribution. At the point of use, the cushions are inflated and can be detached from the roll as needed for protective packaging.

The Omega F can process different film types, including bio-based and recycled films, providing flexibility to meet different packaging and material requirements.
