HSW 550 High-Speed Winder

The HSW 550 is a fully automatic single-lane high-speed winder developed especially for draw tape bag production. It is designed for applications requiring high production speeds and frequent roll changes.

Draw tape bags are often wound in rolls containing a small number of bags, making frequent roll changes essential for maintaining production capacity.

The HSW 550 can make up to 32 automatic roll changes per minute without tape and up to 28 roll changes per minute with automatic application of paper tape.

Although developed for draw tape lines, the HSW 550 is also suitable for other single-lane bag applications requiring high production speeds and frequent roll changes.
