Apron Line
The Roll-o-Matic Apron Line is designed for high-speed production of disposable plastic aprons on roll in 1 or 2 lanes. It can run in-line with an extruder or out-of-line with an unwinder.
The line combines a rotary punching module with a winder. The apron pattern is cut from the film, and the cut-out material is removed automatically before the finished aprons are wound into rolls.
Flexible dies make it possible to change the cutting pattern for different product requirements. Roll-o-Matic’s motorized die adjustment system allows precise adjustment during production without stopping the line.
The finished aprons can be wound with or without cores. Optional equipment includes print registration, folding equipment, paper tape, sleeve packaging and scrap handling.
