Enhanced performance and safety
The updated Compact line can run up to 120 m/min (394 ft/min). The maximum total sealing thickness is 400 μm (15.7 mil).
For instance, when producing 860 mm (33.8”) wide garbage bags with film thickness of 125 μm (4.9 mil) per layer, the line can achieve a remarkable output of over 1500 kg (3307 lbs.) per hour.
On top of that, the upgraded winder W500 enables up to 12 roll changes per minute, ensuring a seamless production process. The W500 have also been equipped with extra safety features. A light curtain prevents operator injuries and ensures a secure work environment.
