HRW High-speed Roll Winder

The HRW High-Speed Roll Winder is designed for fully automatic, high-speed winding of thin- and medium-gauge industrial film, nonwoven and similar webs. It is particularly suitable for applications with small roll diameters and frequent roll changes, such as damp-proof membranes, insulation foil and vapor barriers.

With a maximum film speed of 220 m/min and up to 16 automatic roll changes per minute, the HRW combines high production speed with efficient roll handling. It is available for winding widths from 600 to 1200 mm and winds on paper cores from Ø38 mm.

The HRW can be installed in-line with an extruder or run out-of-line with an unwinder, providing flexibility to match different production setups.

Cutting can be done with a tear-off knife or a perforation unit designed for thin- and medium-gauge film applications. Its compact footprint also makes the HRW suitable for production environments where floor space is limited.
