W 500 Winder

The W 500 is a fully automatic single-lane winder for coreless winding of bags and film. It can be integrated into a Roll-o-Matic bag-making line or installed as a stand-alone module, making it a flexible solution for both new and existing production setups.

The W 500 can run in-line with an extruder or out-of-line with an unwinder. It is particularly well suited for in-line production, where the extruder typically determines the speed of the complete line.

Small-diameter winding pins ensure tight, uniform rolls. Finished rolls can be closed with paper tape or hot melt, depending on your production requirements.
