Perforator

The Perforator is a high-speed perforation machine for plastic film, designed for applications where perforating is the main converting process. It is commonly used for production of table covers, drop cloths and cover film on roll.

The Perforator can be installed as a stand-alone module or integrated into a complete production line. It can run in-line with an extruder or be combined with a winder, such as the HSW, depending on the production setup.

A rotating, servo-driven perforating system supports continuous operation at high production speeds. The perforating distance can be adjusted from the control panel or controlled by print mark registration.
