HSW High-Speed Winder

The HSW is a fully automatic high-speed winder designed primarily for bags on roll. It can run in 1 or 2 lanes and is commonly integrated into Roll-o-Matic bag-making lines.

In 2-lane production, each lane has independent tension control, supporting consistent winding quality across both lanes. The HSW can wind with or without cores, providing flexibility for different roll-bag requirements.

Designed for high-speed production with frequent automatic roll changes, the HSW can produce finished rolls closed with paper tape or hot melt, depending on the application and production requirements.

It can also be configured for other winding applications and supplied either as part of a complete Roll-o-Matic production line or as an independent winding module.
