HMW 1250 High-speed Multilane Winder

The HMW is a fully automatic high-speed winder for bags, industrial film, nonwoven and similar webs. It can run in a single lane or in multiple lanes, making it suitable for applications ranging from fruit bags to large industrial bags and film.

The HMW 1250 has a maximum winding width of 1250 mm and can run in up to 6 lanes, with a maximum film speed of 220 m/min. Its automatic core loading system supports efficient production and ease of operation.

A specially designed splicing system provides an accurate, wrinkle-free roll start on cores from 30 to 76 mm, without the need for glue.

The HMW can be combined with different Roll-o-Matic bag-making and film-processing solutions to match the application and production requirements.
