HMW750
The HMW750 was developed for high-speed winding of poly bags with the open end first, without air being trapped in the bags.
It is ideal for automatic bag inserting solutions for packaging of food items, pharmaceuticals, e-commerce, industrial products and similar.
The bag is delivered with the bottom first, in the right position for filling it or inserting in a box.
For in-line operation, you can adjust the film width electronically on the fly.
Winding on cores without the need of pre-gluing. It is possible to attach the bag to the core without contaminating the core. This feature allows to reuse the cores several times, saving valuable resources and making your production more sustainable.
The winder can be used for conventional bags as well.
