With heat applied on both sides of the film, the Delta Line creates strong, uniform seals across a wide range of materials and thicknesses. It also enables double sealing, ensuring high-quality results on thick or multilayer films without compromising speed.

The integrated perforation system placed before sealing ensures clean tear-offs and optimized performance.
The perforation knife rotates at a specific angle (similar to scissors). This provides better control compared to traditional perforation systems and very low noise levels. The perforation can be tailor-made to your film type and thickness, allowing easy and clean tear-off.
Perforation settings can be adjusted during operation. The quadrangular knife design offers four usable sides, extending tool life and reducing downtime.
