Roll-o-Matic’s Delta W is a high-performance machine designed for producing wave-top bags on roll in 1 to 3 lanes. Featuring a patented rotary cutting system, it sets a new standard for precision, flexibility, and efficiency in bag production.

- Quick and simple setup: Flexible dies, mounted on a magnetic roller, can be changed in under one minute.
- Low operating costs: The flexible dies have an exceptionally long service life.
- Motorized die adjustment: Offers ultra-high precision – less than 1 micron (0.04 mil).
- Tool-free adjustments: Die changes and fine-tuning can be done without stopping the production line.
- Production with heavy gauge film: The flexible dies can cut material up to a thickness of 8×75 microns (8×3 mil).
Unlike traditional systems that require line stoppage for adjustments or tool changes, Roll-o-Matic’s technology ensures reduced scrap, increased uptime, and a faster return on investment.
The Delta W supports the production of perforated or interleaved bags – and both types can be made on the same line. Finished rolls can be closed with gummed paper tape or labels, and automatic packaging modules can be added for a fully integrated solution.
Thanks to its modular design, the Delta W can be expanded with additional units from the Delta program, allowing for production of other bag types. This flexibility makes it easy to adapt to evolving market requirements.
