We are proud to announce the successful commissioning of a Roll‑o‑Matic High-Speed Multilane Winder (HMW) 1250 at Guerin Plastiques, part of the Plastica CI group.
This cutting-edge machine, installed in-line with an extruder, is now producing dry-cleaning film in 2 lanes with exceptional efficiency.
The HMW 1250 is engineered for precision and productivity, offering:
- Maximum winding width: 1250 mm
- Maximum roll diameter: 310 mm
The Roll‑o‑Matic team oversaw the machine’s startup at Guerin Plastiques and provided comprehensive training to their staff. Alongside our expert service technician, Carsten Løvenholdt Hansen, the commissioning was supported by Brian Witte, Roll‑o‑Matic’s Sales Manager, and Jacky Frisoni, our representative from Prema France.
