Omega

The Omega line is designed for dedicated, high-speed production of thin-gauge bottom-sealed, gusseted and star-sealed bags on roll. It is particularly well suited for high-volume production of thin-film bags, such as fruit and vegetable bags and can liners.

At the heart of the Omega line is Roll‑o‑Matic’s drum sealing system. Using continuous motion technology, the film runs continuously while the sealing bars move with it during sealing. Together with precise temperature control, this supports consistent sealing quality in thin film at production speeds of up to 220 m/min.

Omega lines are available in widths of 900 and 1250 mm.
