Delta T T-shirt bags
The Delta T is a high-speed bag-making line for T-shirt bags on roll. T-shirt bags are used for a variety of applications, including garbage bags, checkout bags and fruit and vegetable bags.
The line combines Delta sealing with a punching module that forms the handles and an extraction module that removes the cut-out material. T-shirt bags can be produced in 1, 2 or 3 lanes with independent tension control for each lane and can be perforated or interleaved.
Depending on the application, the finished bags can be wound with or without cores, with additional folding and roll-closing equipment available to match different product requirements.
The line can be configured with standard Delta or Delta max™ sealing sections depending on the bag size, film thickness and production requirements. It can run in-line with an extruder or out-of-line with an unwinder and process different PE films, including recycled and bio-based films.
