Delta max™ 1250 Industrial bags

The Delta max™ 1250 is a high-speed bag-making line for large industrial bags on roll. With a sealing width up to 1250 mm, it combines wide-format production with the longer sealing time of Delta max™, making it particularly suitable for heavy-gauge and multilayer films.

The line can produce bottom-sealed, gusseted, star-sealed and side-sealed bags. Depending on the application, bags can be produced in 1 or multiple lanes and wound with or without cores.

The Delta max™ 1250 can be combined with different winding solutions depending on the number of lanes and finished roll requirements. Optional robot packaging can be integrated for automated end-of-line handling.

The line can run in-line with an extruder or out-of-line with an unwinder and process different PE films, including recycled and bio-based films.
