Meet Michael Olsbro, Roll-o-Maticís new After Sales Manager
We are excited to introduce our new After Sales Manager, Michael Olsbro.
Michael has 22 years of experience in customer service and support. He started his career as service technician for a Danish producer of machinery for graphic printing, who delivers high technological solutions worldwide.
For 8 years, Michael travelled the world installing and maintaining the machinery. Later he became head of customer care, which comprised a team of 80 employees worldwide. Michael was responsible for structuring the process of customer service, making sure that all customer requests were met with the same degree of efficiency and professionalism.
Michael has now decided it was time to search for new challenges, and he believes that his vast experience with customer care in a bigger After Sales department will be a valuable help in his new job at Roll-o-Matic:
“I can see Roll-o-Matic’s Afters sales team is very experienced and qualified. They know our customers well and have a lot of knowledge about the equipment. I think I can contribute with my experience from a bigger company. Roll-o-Matic has been growing, and it is important to adapt to the new situation in the process of growth. I think we could handle our customer communication in a more systematic way, without jeopardizing the close relationship we have with them.”
And Michael aims to have an even closer relationship with the customers:
“We know the customers well and they know they can come to us if they face challenges with their equipment. But we should have an even closer relationship with them. We want to be their partners in maintaining the equipment and assuring that they are updated and always get the optimal production results out of their Roll-o-Matic equipment”.
Roll-o-Matic’s Managing Director, Birger Sørensen, is very confident that Michael Olsbro and Roll-o-Matic are a perfect match:
“I am sure Michaels’ experience will be of great value for us. He knows what it takes to service customers of high technological equipment. In his spare time Michael is a sports enthusiast and loves to play football with his sons.
