Delta T Plus update: now up to 800 T-shirt bags per minute!

The Delta T Plus was designed for customers that need an even higher production capacity than that of the standard Delta T. Now the Delta T Plus has been updated to achieve even higher capacities – it is possible to produce T-shirt bags in 2 lanes with a production speed of up to 180 m/min.

The maximum number of cycles per lane is up to 400 per minute: that means you can make up to 800 bags per minute! – an increase of more than 30% in the production capacity when compared with the standard Delta T line.

The Delta line is very flexible, so you can produce bottom sealed bags with or without gusseting, star-sealed bags and wave-top bags in the same line. It is possible to produce in-line with an extruder or out-of-line, from an unwinder. And the bags can be wound conventionally or interleaved.

Besides the standard and Plus versions, our range of machines for production of T-shirt bags includes the Delta T Greenline, for low energy production of thin T-shirt bags, and the Delta 1100 T, for production of wide T-shirt bags on rolls in 2 or 3 lanes.
