The first DRAWTAPE lines are already installed, and there has been an overwhelming interest during the recently held demonstrations at Roll-o-Matic workshop. As Roll-o-Matic gathered all the best practices from its customers and incorporated those in the DRAWTAPE module, we are proud to say that the solution is currently one of the best in the market, especially when it comes to customer-driven innovation, flexibility and profitability. Here are seveal reasons for that: 1. DRAWTAPE module is an independent section, which can be added to a DELTA line for production of draw string bags. That way the customer does not need to buy a complete line, but can extend the existing DELTA line avoiding a heavy investment. The solution is highly flexible and gives an opportunity to create a line that produces bottom-sealed, T-shirt and draw string bags all in one line, just with a few modifications and module changes. 2. DRAWTAPE module is equipped with a flying splice meaning that there are two rolls of draw string film that supplement each other and ensure a continuous flow. When the draw string film on one roll is nearly finished, the film on the second rolls gets picked up and sealed with the film from the first roll, thus avoiding roll change and unnecessary stall of the line. 3. DRAWTAPE module allows to adjust the bag size quickly. That means that the module is fully equipped to produce bags of various types and sizes without costly and time-consuming modifications. The interest in DRAWTAPE module originates from the growing popularity of draw string bags among end-users, who prefer these due to their increased hygiene and functionality.
